The issue causing the limited availability of Transporeon support services on December 17, 2025, has been identified and fixed.

As of 9:00 PM CET, the service is available for use, but it will undergo a one-hour maintenance starting at 10:00 PM CET.

Some customers may experience issues with Transporeon support services starting from approximately 7:00PM CET on the 17th of December 2025, resulting in their inability to submit requests and thereby limiting our support capabilities.
